JOIN US FOR A WEEKEND OF ACTION.

Do something that makes a difference everyday, supporting young people and helping them build confidence that lasts long after they leave.

At Manor Adventure, we’re a family-run outdoor education company offering full training, recognised qualifications and a supportive team across our UK residential centres.

No experience? No problem – we’ll train you.

what happens on A
Selection weekend

Arrive after 3pm

on friday

We will welcome the group and get you settled into your rooms at the centre.

Learn about manor adventure

We will introduce you to the business of Manor adventure including telling you about our history, our 8 centres and our staff.

saturday is activity day

All day Saturday you will take part is as many of our team building acitivites as we can offer.

meals are on us!

You will have breakfast , lunch and dinner on us all weekend

we will explain your employment

We will tell you all about what employment is liek with us, including pay details, equipment and uniform and accommodation.

you will make friends

You Will get to know your fellow instructors, and make friends who you might end up working with or even living with at one of our centres

HEad home on Sunday afternoon

after we have got to know you, and you have got to know about us, you can head home on sunday and we will let you know if you have been sucessfull.
