Archie is our Activities Instructor at Culmington Manor.
He has been a hugely valued team member for us for the past 3 years.
He loves climbing, high ropes and anything off the ground, but is not super fond of going in the lakes in the dead of winter!

All of our new instructors will receive on the job training and assessment to the National Governing Body Award level and can progress to several specialisms and further qualifications within their role.
This means there is not training period, and you will proceed straight to activity instructing as part of the manor adventure team at one of our 8 sites around the UK and France.

The centre offers participants - Tandem Sit on Kayaking, Mega SUP and Body Boarding
Essential Qualifications: British Canoeing Sea Kayak Leader Award OR RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor also holding British Canoeing Sheltered Water Coach/equivalent
Desirable/Non Essential: Other NGB qualifications/Beach Lifeguard
Experience: Several years experience in the multi activity centre environment
Start Date: March - early April 2026
Salary: £27k pa, live in package option
