Culmington Manor

Shropshire, England

Culmington Manor offers exceptional facilities within a 100 acre estate in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the South Shropshire countryside. Our superb estate is located close to the Welsh borders and nine miles from the historical town of Ludlow.

The grounds consist of woodlands, fields, and gardens inhabited by an abundance of wildlife. Hidden away in the Corvedale Valley our estate provides a safe and secure environment for schools to enjoy outdoor pursuits.

The centre operates within a very compact central area with the majority of activities taking place within 15 acres surrounded by the various accommodation options.

Setting the standard for residential activity centre education

Our purpose is to provide a high quality experience in a safe and caring environment, for the development of young people through the provision of educational adventure courses at our residential activity centres in the UK and France. Many companies concentrate solely on providing fun. We regard this as an opportunity wasted. Of course, fun and new experiences are an important part of any course, but by working with schools we are able to bring the curriculum to life to help motivate and inspire children. Our courses are carefully designed to be fully compatible with the National Curriculum - Physical Education, Outdoor and Adventurous Activities Key stages 2, 3 & 4.
